Yes! Every business gets a free basic listing with name, address, phone, website, and description. There are no hidden fees. You can upgrade later to add a verified badge and featured placement but the core listing will always remain free.

How long does it take for my business to appear? +

Our team manually reviews every submission to ensure accuracy and legitimacy. Most listings are approved within 24 - 48 hours. You’ll receive an email when your business is live. If it takes longer, check your spam folder or contact us.

What does the “Verified” badge mean? +

The blue Verified badge shows customers your business has been confirmed by our team (via phone, website, or official documents). It builds trust, increases clicks, and improves your search ranking. During submission, simply check the box labeled “Get Verified Badge” to start the verification process. Our team will contact you within 24–48 hours to verify your details. Once approved, the badge appears automatically on your listing.

How can I edit or update my business listing? +

Include the changes you’d like (e.g., new hours, updated phone, photos, services, or contact info). Our team will update your listing within 24 - 48 hours. Once complete, we’ll reply to confirm the update is live.

Why was my business not approved? +

We reject listings that are incomplete, duplicate, or don’t meet our guidelines (e.g., no physical address, spam, or adult content). Fix the issues and resubmit. Most rejections are approved on the second try.

How do I report a fake or incorrect listing? +

Go to the business page and click “Report Listing” at the bottom. Tell us what’s wrong (wrong address, closed business, spam, etc.). Our team investigates within 48 hours and removes invalid entries.

Can I add multiple locations or branches? +

Yes! Submit each location as a separate listing with its own address and phone number. Use the same business name but include the area (e.g., “Joe’s Plumbing – Downtown” vs “Joe’s Plumbing – Westside”). This helps local search accuracy.
