A2 Business Directory is a platform where you can submit and search local companies. We offer free basic listings and optional verified badges. These Terms apply to everyone, including business owners who submit listings and visitors who search for local providers.
1. Acceptance of Terms
You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy when you use the Services. We may update these Terms at any time. We will post changes on the site and notify you of major updates via email or a notice. Your continued use means you accept the new version.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to act for your business if you represent one. All businesses must provide accurate information and follow applicable Indian laws.
3. User Accounts and Listings
You need an account to submit a listing. You must use true and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
Basic listings are free. They include your business name, address, phone, and description. They stay active unless removed for breaking rules.
Verified badges are optional. You must submit proof to earn one. A fee may apply. A verified badge does not mean we guarantee your business quality or endorse it.
When you submit content, you give us permission to display, edit, and share it on our platform. This permission is worldwide, non-exclusive, and free of charge.
4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to do any of the following:
- Submit false, misleading, or illegal information.
- Break copyright, trademark, or privacy laws.
- Spam, harass, or send unwanted ads.
- Use bots to copy or scrape data without permission.
- Disrupt the site or spread viruses.
- Pretend to be someone else.
We review every listing to keep quality high. We do not endorse any business. You are responsible for your dealings with others.
5. Intellectual Property
The site design, text, images, and software belong to us or our partners. They are protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. Your content stays yours, but you grant us the license described above.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid features like verified badges are processed through trusted payment partners. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change prices with advance notice.
7. Termination
We can suspend or remove your account if you break these Terms. We may do this without warning. Your listings may be deleted. You can stop using the Services anytime.
8. Disclaimers
We provide the Services as they are. We do not promise they will always work perfectly. We do not guarantee that all information is current or fully accurate beyond our review process.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages from your use of the Services. Our total responsibility will not exceed ₹5000 or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is higher.
10. Indemnification
You agree to protect us from any claims caused by your content, actions, or rule violations.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes must be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
12. Miscellaneous
If one part of these Terms is invalid, the rest still applies. These Terms are the full agreement between us.
